Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Please note that all bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated production and shipping times for bespoke orders may vary depending on the complexity of the order, and customers will be informed if additional time is required.

We offer free delivery on all orders. 

If we are expecting a high-value of orders , shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you via email. 

International Shipping

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes if an order is placed, we will try our best to assist.

Damaged during Delivery

If your order arrives damaged due to the courier, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to fid a solution.

Customer-Caused Damage & Warranty 

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage may not be covered under warranty. However please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
