If you decide you no longer want your item(s) or have ordered the wrong product, you may want to return them to us within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, fir for resale, and returned with all original packaging and components.
Please note that bespoke, custom made, personalised, made-to-measure, cur, or altered items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that your return has been received. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provided or card issuer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items, provided the item is returned using an agreed deliver method, such as Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Return Conditions
Before returning any item, please ensure that:
- You contact us first and obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorisation
- Returns are requested within 30 days of delivery
- The goods and packaging are not damaged due to customer misuse and improper handling
- The items are securely packaged for return
- You follow any return instructions provided by us
- You include proof of purchase or your order number.
Items return without prior contact or authorisation may experience delays in processing.
Customer Damage
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. However, please contact us and we will review all cases individually.
