Returns Policy – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all components.
A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Bespoke or made-to-measure items, or goods that have been cut or altered to your specifications, are non-returnable.

Return Procedure
Before sending your item back, please:
Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
Ensure your return is sent within 30 days of the delivery date.

Carefully pack the item to prevent damage in transit.
Include the RMA code and proof of purchase inside the package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear will depend on your card issuer or payment provider.

Return Shipping
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage. Please use Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery and retain your receipt.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
