30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you decide you no longer want your items or you have bought the wrong items you can return them to us within 30 days, as long as they are fit for resale (in their original condition and packaging and with all component parts).

Please note Bespoke products, made to measure goods, cut or altered to your requirements are excluded from the returns.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


We will pay for your return postage on a faulty/incorrect item as long as you send it using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.

Before you return your item, please make sure that:

  • You contact us and obtain a RMA code
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery
  • The goods and packaging are undamaged
  • You must follow any specific instructions that we advise
  • Exclusions apply – see above about custom items
  • To complete your returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
